Kirby_K__Perrault_DC_1.jpgDR. KIRBY PERRAULT

Dr. Kirby Perrault is a graduate of the Northwestern College of Chiropractic, now called Northwestern Health Sciences University, in Bloomington, MN.  A native of Canada, Dr. Kirby chose Okemos, Michigan after multiple internships in the Mid-West. Dr. Kirby’s first academic introduction to the United States was with a four-year hockey scholarship to Michigan Tech University in Houghton, MI.  Dr. Kirby regards staying active as part of his optimal wellness program and continues with hockey as well as water-skiing, weight lifting, running, golfing and biking.
Dr. Kirby would like to share a little about his personal experience with chiropractic. “The biggest change in my life personally from chiropractic care has been the relief of chronic allergies and asthma.  I have been under chiropractic care for ten years.  My only regret is not finding out about the benefits of chiropractic sooner.  I have not had to take any prescription or over the counter medication for ten years.
My wife Julie has dealt with low back pain and feeling like her low back would “go out” or was “unstable”.  Julie has been under regular chiropractic care for eleven years.  These concerns are all things of the past.  Julie delivered our four children at home, with the help of chiropractic care through all of her pregnancies. Our children Teddy, Gracie, Paulina and Toby are all under ten years old and have received no vaccinations and have never taken any prescription medications.  Our pediatrician continues to be amazed at how healthy they are.  They all have been under chiropractic care since they were hours old.
Our family gets adjusted weekly.  Because of the physical nature of my practice, I get adjusted a couple of times per week.”

DR. CRAIG HEINRICHPicture_060.jpg

Dr. Craig Heinrich is an alumnus of Louisiana State University and a 1997 graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO.  A native of Warren, MI; Dr. Craig has been in family chiropractic practice in Toms River, NJ and Gaylord, MI.  He is excited about returning to southern Michigan with his wife Jennifer and daughter Ava.
Dr. Craig was introduced to chiropractic as a competitive middle distance runner while a pre-teen.  After setting the city record in the mile for 11 year olds, running caused a severe low back pain with short distances the next year.  His coach recommended a chiropractor that treated many athletes at his high school.  The results were so dramatic; they left impression years later in choosing a career and life path.
Dr. Craig has seen the benefits of chiropractic beyond back and neck pain.  In nearly 12 years of practice, he has seen patients greatly improve their quality of life by adopting the chiropractic lifestyle of adjustments, nutrition and exercise.  “Like most patients, I was introduced to chiropractic to take care of my back pain but continued in care because of the health benefits.”  He looks forward to helping as many people as he can and introduce more people to chiropractic to achieve their optimal health potential at Okemos Family Chiropractic.
